With recent events regarding the Coronavirus situation, we are making a further update regarding how we are dealing with the crisis.
The Sontay Management Team have been working hard together to come up with a solution which will protect our fantastic staff, demonstrate responsibility to our suppliers and service providers and continue excellent service to our customers.
From Wednesday 18thMarch 2020, the Sontay Head Office will be closed to all visitors and all Sales, Support, Academy, Marketing, Accounts & Purchasing staff working remotely from home. Our factory will continue to operate with strict controls in place to protect our valued team.
All of our usual communication channels remain open with our telephone lines being answered by the usual familiar voices and emails responded to in the same quick turnaround that our customers expect from us. We have tested all of our systems and they are working well but as these are unusual circumstances, please be patient with us if you do experience any issues contacting us.
In line with our BCIA partnership and our own current policy, all Academy courses are cancelled until further notice.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers is of utmost importance to us, so in these extenuating circumstances, we hope you all keep well, stay safe and look after your loved ones as we will endeavour to do too.
